Yanmar YB121U 1.2 Tonne Mini Digger

YANMAR YB121U 1.2 Tonne Mini Digger. Fantastic 3 cylinder yanmar engine which is strong, smoke free and starts without hesitation. Very powerful hydraulics with no leaks on engine or hydraulics. Tracks are 80% new and everything works the way it should. Now the bad points… it’s a tired old machine with play in all bushes so your struggle to take the top off a boiled egg.

When rotated 180 degrees from the blade there is a loss of drive on the slew ring ( feels like three teeth are missing) but it’s been like this since I bought it about 15 years ago. Seat has a rip in it. Tracks well and blade works a treat. Comes with two buckets. Battery charges well from the little alternator so no problems with this starting every time.

I’ve bought a newer machine ready for a self build so can’t keep them both. I’d prefer potential buyers to come and try before buying so you know exactly what you’re getting. I’ve tried to be as honest as I can with the description. Please examine the photos closely as they form part of the description. May be an old workhorse but I’d sooner shift earth with this than use my spade.
