Japanese Built Japanese Quality Japanese Reliability (Not cheap Chinese or Korean rubbish) This my Auction/Buy it now for a 1994Yr Yanmar B22, 2.2T excavator. Fantastic powerful machine. This is a quality heavy machine with quality Japanese make and fittings unlike some of the rubbish that is made today! It can be towed on double axle suitably rated trailer ( I accept NO responsibility for the buyers interpretation of this statement and it it up to the seller to bring or organise the correct road worthy transport for this machine). Please bear in mind that the seven buckets will weigh a lot so allow for this also. I have owned this machine since 2001 so is completely legitimate and not stolen!
The serial number can be seen in one of the images. The machine has all the usual scratches and dents/marks one would expect for a machine of this age. Done 3400hrs. It comes with the following 7 (seven) buckets! 1 x 1200mm wide ditching 1 x 600mm wide with teeth 1 x 600mm wide without teeth 1 x 300mm with teeth 1 x 300mm without teeth 1 x 150mm clay spade long bucket 1 x 700mm riddle bucket with 2 different sized grids and a solid back section to use as a normal bucket (all interchangeable)Yanmar Diesel Engine, 13kWBoth carriage and boom arm lights work.Ram Guard on main boom ram.
I will describe the machine as best I can here - It forms part of the selling contract and no claim can be made against it as I am describing and disclosing it fully here. There is to be no renegotiation based on these points if you decide to bid/buy the item:- The main arm will start to dip slowly after a full days work other wise it will hold. There is slight play (wobble) in the main arm but an easy fix with some shim washers put in the main pin. This can only be classed as fair wear and tear for a machine of this age. The bucket rotation control will sometimes move in one direction on its own but easily corrected by moving the joystick. The tracks run smoothly around the drive wheel and rollers and are tight on - the release grease nut/nipple works fine to tension them.
The tracks are fair but one has a slight rip in it but its been like it for several years and not gotten any bigger whilst I have been using it. The fuel filter isolator lever is held in place with tie raps - if these are released then fuel will drip and leak - at present it holds fine and does not leak (see image). Machine has done 3000 genuine hrsThe right hand foot pedal cover has rusted off at the hinge - cover plate is still there to weld back on but doesn't affect the foot pedal to move the boom sideways. Seat is original with rips in the seat but have covered it with a vynal material that has also started to rip - again easily to fix with a recover - (See Image). The back rest frame of the seat has broken away from the base of the seat on the one side. There are 2 new hydraulic pipes fitted to rams where they have split in the past.
The 2 rams on the main arm have had the seals repaired only recently as they were weeping. New battery fitted Dec 2018.Any questions pls email me or text me on 0 7 9 3 3 0 7 7 1 5 4PLEASE NOTE THAT I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THIS ITEM FROM classifieds board SALE/AUCTION AT ANY TIME DUE TO IT BEING ADVERTISED ELSEWHERE.
