Volvo EC15B Mini Digger / Excavator 1.5ton Year 2003

Here I have for sale a Volvo EC15B Mini Digger in good working order, we have owned it for approximately a year and have used it on a project where we needed to crane this machine into the site but the job is finished and we don't have a need for it now as we have other excavators for our current work. The machine starts on the button, it is a 2003 machine and has a little over 3500 hours showing, all the gauges work and the controls are nice and easy being pilot control. The machine digs well with plenty of power, it tracks around well and the engine runs cleanly with no smoke, there is obviously some play in the pins, mostly on the bucket linkage but nothing excessive for this age and hours. The extra service works, although currently it has two male quick connect fittings as the female was leaking. It comes with 5 buckets, the 36" grading bucket and the 5.5" small bucket are actually the correct buckets for this machine, the 24" and 12" buckets are from a previous machine I had and have had the brackets modified to fit this machine, the 17" bucket has a pair of replacement brackets to suit the digger but they haven't been welded on as we never needed that bucket but it will come with the machine.

All buckets are solid although they all have varying wear to them, the 3 non original buckets are actually from a 2.5 ton machine I had but they work fine with this machine and are useful sizes, please note: the 24" bucket has had slots cut in the back as it was used for dredging work and is a bit bent at the blade end. We bought it from a dealer in Exeter who gave it a once over before we got it, since then it has had the hydraulic oil, hydraulic filters, fuel filter, air filter, engine oil filter, engine oil, coolant (including radiator flush and clean), new fan belt and a few little bits tidied up on it, and since then it will have done less than 100hrs, the hydraulic oil is still looking clear and clean. It has also had two ram seals done as these were weaping (side slew ram and bucket crowd ram), one of the tracks I'm told was also replaced just before we got the machine. The machine isn't new and does have plenty of wear and tear, but is a strong machine and digs well, with a lot of life left in it. If you have any questions feel free to ask, I can deliver this machine for free locally (15ish road miles) but would charge 1.50 per road mile one way for delivery further than this.
