Low Hours 2012 Volvo Ec 220DL Excavator  Personally Operated Liquidating

VERY Tight machine You will not find a cleaner machine for the money. Starts up and operates just like it should. The Excavator just got finished digging a 2 acre pond. All emission components have been replaced in the last 500 hours and are still completely under warranty. New EGR, DPF, and wiring harness with all Volvo upgrades.

That is a $25k benefit to the new owner. My business is heading in a different direction so we are going to sell this machine for what we owe. Since we have owned it it has only been operated by myself and one other employee. In the last 200 hours it was sent to the Volvo dealer to have anything that needed replacing taken care of. That being said there are no visible leaks or damage other than 2 small holes in the seat the size of a pencil and a dented door on each side seen in the picture.

All paint is original. All glass is good and opens and closes as it should. There is normal wear on handles and controls. Undercarriage is in good shape. I would say everything is 80% but sprockets are maybe 40 in my opinion.

Wide pads for low ground pressure are a life saver in wet areas. 42" bucket with digging teeth. 1.4 yard capacity I believe . It is the correct size to add a hydraulic thumb and still be within weight specs for the machine. There is one point on a tooth that is broken but that is barely worth mentioning.

Main bucket pin has some side to side play and could use a shim but still functions like it should Heat and AC climate control Radio works Auxiliary hydraulics Straight travel pedal Auxiliary pedal Float capable Heated seat Sun shades Sliding front glass Grouped grease locations Pattern changer If it is an option this machine has it. I will include any spare filters and manuals that we have for the machine. All of this being said the purchaser of the machine is buying it As Is Where Is. There is a nonrefundable deposit of $1000 due at the end of the auction via PayPal And full balance due within 5 days via cashiers check, cash, or wire transfer. Equipment will not be released until funds clear.
