Condition Description: 
This casting has been totally cleaned inside and outside and painted with red oxide primer. The casting, has no visible cracks. All exposed seal seats are good and smooth. The old seal rings that were removed fit tight. Only one bushing was removed and it fit tight as well. The main mounting surface that fits against the engine block is clean and smooth.
Description: 

Used KTA19 Cover, gear.  Part is visually identical to photos of Cummins parts 3202158 . Fits Cummins KT, KTA19, KTA 19 . Salvaged from a previously working engine. Has been totally cleaned inside and out and repainted with red oxide primer.

All threaded holes have been chased with a tap, cleaned, inspected and all are good. There are no broken out threaded holes. There are two bushings still in location in this casting and the external manual cranking pin and worm gear have also not been removed and may be ok to use. All other seal and bushing fits are tight and clean. The part number was modified on the casting for it shows MP 3001376, but in Cummins part photos its a match to Cummins, part # 3017318 or # 3202158.

The number originally started with a casting number 300 the remainder was removed and replaced with a stamped 1376 with the letters "MP" . The new replacement number is now #3001376. As is stated above this visually looks identical to Cummins # 3202158 and if there is a difference it's not apparent. This casting has no visual cracks, and all gasket surfaces are clean and smooth, all in all it is in excellent condition. You will be purchasing a perfectly good used replacement Cummins part.
