Machine is in great shape for year and hours. Very well maintained. Owned by our company since 2007 when it had 3500 hrs on it.
Description: 

Excellent little excavator. Brand new radiator in September 2017 with less than 20hrs. Stick and dog bone just line bored with new bushings and bearings in August 2017. We are second owner. Purchased in 2007 with 3500 hrs on it, currently has 11,800 hrs.

Undercarriage at 50%, analysis done in 2016. Oil sample analysis available for review. Very well maintained and taken care. Been on GPS tracked PM scheduling since 2008 and performed by Power Motive Corporation in Denver. Great machine to start a basement company, small utility or excavating company or simply purchase for a quick project.
