Caterpillar 312 Cat Hydraulic Excavator

Hello and up for sale we have a CAT 312 excavator up for sale. The machine is powered by a 4-cylinder Mitsubishi Turbo diesel engine. The engine starts easy and runs out strong. The hydraulic functions work well and are strong. The machine has a complete new undercarriage about 200 hours of use ago.

The machine has auxiliary hydraulics and has a foot pedal in the cab for a thumb. The machine is 102" wide. We bought this machine from a retiring contractor in NJ that has owner it since 1999. The Excavator runs and operates great. Please view the youtube video below.

Since all items I sell are used it is very hard to guarantee anything. So all sales are as-is, where-is. I do my very best to fully describe all areas on the item including the good, the bad, and the ugly. I highly recommend everyone to come and inspect the item out before purchase. However if you buy the machine, come to my yard, operate the machine, and find out there are issues or problems with the item that was a false representation on my behalf you do not have to pay for the item.

On the other hand, once we agree, you are happy with the purchase, provide me with full guaranteed payment, load the machine, and leave my yard with it, it is yours forever. I will make time to meet with whoever wants to come and view the equipment. I have a local third party heavy equipment repair company that is not associated with Elk Forest Farms, Inc. That can be hired by you to come and give you their representation of the item if you are too far away to come and inspect. Please contact me for further details on that service.

If you are sending a transportation service to my yard for pickup please be advised I will take full responsibility in loading the item for you. I have a 36" loading dock here for your convenience. During normal business hours I may be unable to answer due to driving the truck or working on heavy equipment but if you leave a message I will return your phone call later that evening.
