2014 Caterpillar 305E (5t) Mini Excavator "One Owner”- Super Clean. 👌 ***$49990+GST*** Sold new in 2014 this Japanese built CAT 305E has been in a large fleet of machines ever since where it has good hours of only 3900 and has been maintained to the highest standards by “In House” technicians. The interior is very clean and tidy, as seen in pics, with an LED touch screen taking care of most of your machine settings and hitch control. The operators seat is clean with no rips or tears and all glass is free from damage or cracks. There is also a fire extinguisher and CB radio fitted and the Cab has “Ice Cold” a/c.

Externally the machine is very clean and straight with barely a dent or scratch on it, even the paint still has a nice shine to it! The engine starts and runs exactly as it should with no obvious leaks and runs perfectly and the hydraulics are smooth/quiet with heaps of power plus the machine is fitted with dual Auxillary Hydraulics so is ready for Tilt Hitch or Hydraulic Thumb etc. Pins and bushes are quite good and all hydraulic rams are leak free and appear to be in good external cond. Rubber tracks are good with around 50% remaining and have no serious cuts or gouging with all rollers in serviceable cond. As well.
