Caterpillar 305D Excavator “Very Clean” Work Ready!🚧

Very Clean and Tidy little 5tonne CAT 305 unit indeed. Buckets: 3 Hours: 4700 Price: $39990 plus GST WOW! It’s not often I come across such a clean well looked after machine but this one is just such a unit!! Sold new in 2011 to its original owner in country Victoria this machine has been in the possesion of its original owner ever since. It was part of a large fleet and has been serviced very well since new.

It hardly has a single dent on the entire body and has a nice straight push blade as well. The Rubber tracks are in good serviceable condition but it does have a "BITE" out of the inside of the left track but it does not affect its operation. The sprockets/rollers all appear to be in serviceable shape as well. The interior of the machine is just as clean as the rest of the unit with Ice Cold A/C system factory fitted. There does not appear to be any leaks from the hydraulics or engine bay and just like the rest of the machine, the pump access and engine bay is almost like new!

This MADE in JAPAN this 46hp machine is one of the class leaders even by today’s standards. Also has 3 x Buckets and a wedgelock Hydraulic Hitch plus has all the original service manual still packed in the pouch behind the seat. Has all the safety gear incl. E-Stops, Fire Extinguisher and Flashing Beacon. With low hours for age of only 4700hrs it’s got many thousand of profitable work hours left yet and will save 10’s of thousands on a similarly equipped new or later model unit.
