(3) Larger Equipment: For larger construction equipment that would be considered partial or full truckloads please message us your zip code for a quick shipping rate. We have many shipping brokers and shipping companies that we deal with to get the best rates.

(4) Pickup: Local pickup is more than welcome. We have a loading dock and will assist in loading your item free of charge. Note: qualityusedequipment will get rates and handle shipping arrangements from start to finish all for free. We will do everything that we can to help in the shipping process. However, we are not held responsible for any shipping damages that could occur.

We have had great success with our shipping companies and minimal shipping damages! Terms/Return Policy (1) Payment timeframe: Buyer must contact seller within 24 hours of listing end. Buyer must make payment arrangements within 3 business days of listing end. Full payment for item must be received by seller within 7 business days of the item ending unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. (Failure to comply with these terms will result in a dispute being opened on buyer and a non payer bidder form being submitted).

All items are sold as is where is with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied unless otherwise stated in the description. This means that unless there is some sort of return policy under the “Item Description” section of the listing there will be “NO” return policy, warranty or guarantee whatsoever, No exceptions. Remember, most of the items that you are buying are used so you can expect them to have normal wear and tear on the components. If we find anything that is grossly worn or broken, we will list it.

Buyer agrees that when item is transferred from qualityusedequipment to buyers name it is buyer’s full responsibility. (3) Sales Tax: 6% PA sales tax to PA residents and all items picked up in PA. If you are an individual or company with a valid resale or farm exemption number we have a form you can fill out so that you are tax exempt. All items shipped out of the state of PA will not be subject to any taxes. (4) Storage: We will store your item at our location for up to 30 days if the item is paid for. After 30 days we reserve the right to sell the item again and any payment made will not be refunded.
