2010 or 2011 Catepillar 302 5c mini excavator. Very low hours 637 hrs total. Fully enclosed and heated cab. Excellent condition. Machine was bought new and used sparingly by landscape architect for his own personal projects.

Now being sold to settle estate. Machine has been thoroughly gone thru by local catepillar/deere mechanic prior to being stored in a commercial garage for past 18 months. Needs nothing. Ready to work. Machine is located in Monticello, Il., 20mi south of Champaign, Il.
