Cat 305E2 Excavator- Cancelled Order Machine, Full Warranty! Cab Air Thumb

Well folks, here we are today with a rare opportunity. I had a chance recently to purchase a few brand new cancelled order caterpillar excavators. In particular in this listing is a 2018 Cat 305E2 cr. This is not a low option fleet order special, pretty well loaded with options including full cab with heat, ac, radio, pattern changer, and for you cold weather users block heater as well. I am including a picture of the build sheet so you can see the main options.

Also on this unit, a cat mechanical quick coupler, and cat hydraulic thumb. Unit will have an in service date of right around Jan 1, 2018 and will have the balance of cats one year warranty remaining. Not a foreign market machine, nothing funny about it. Made and ordered for the local market. Unit will have 10 or so hours (from shipping, pdi, transport etc) but has not been in the dirt!

Sorry for the bad pictures I will have better ones next week. The day the deal came together it was -27 out and I was not even going to make an attempt at starting these to get better pictures. The pictures show two of the 305.5's I bought as well but this listing is for only a 305e2 cr. If you study the pictures you can tell which is which. In addition to that the unit shown is already under deposit, but have another to it identical, same build sheet, same options.

Again, I hope to have better pictures soon just depending on the weather. Just wanted to get a listing up. Listed weight on unit is 11,433lbs, I don't believe that includes the thumb or coupler weight though. Unit hp is 40. Rubber tracks, straight blade (sorry not an angle blade).

Machine will come with a (2) brand new cat oem buckets, one 24" digging with teeth and a smooth lip 47" clean up bucket. Priced to sell at $72,000. Payment will be bank to bank wire, will take a certified bank check but plan on waiting 2-3 weeks to clear, and no exceptions. Some of the larger banks will not even verify the check has originated from them, if they won't verify than I'm not getting stuck holding it!
