2005 CAT 304CR Mini Excavator w/Fixed - Mechanical Thumb & Aux Hydraulic Hook-UpOnly 755 Original Hours! $42,500 or Best Offer! Up for Sale is my 2005 CAT 304CR Mini Excavator. This machine only has 755 original hours! Equipped with most options offered by CAT at the time.

Options include: A/C, Aux Hydraulic Lines, Lighting (ie: Boom and Cab), Travel Alarm and Foot Pedals. Additional items include: Stationary Adjustable Thumb and Front Screen Rock Guard for Cab (never used). This machine is in excellent shape and fully operational. I bought the machine in 2006, from the original owner. He purchased the machine in 2005 then fell sick and he decided to get out of landscaping.

I purchased the machine in 2006, and it has mainly been used to do work around my house. The machine has been serviced every year with CAT fluid and filters weather it needed it or not. I am asking $42,500.00 because of the low hours. The price is negotiable. I will consider and reasonable offer.
