2015 Kubota KX040-4 Mini Excavator Hyd Thumb 6-Way Blade Q/C, Heated Cab W AC. This machine is in excellent condition, all orange paint is original, the counterweight and blade have been painted a couple of times just to keep the machine looking nice. Everything works perfectly, very low hours. I own a sign company and I use this machine to dig footings for our signs which are typically 4’ x 4’ x 6’ deep.The dozer blade on this machine raises up and down, floats where it gravity drags over the ground surface, it angles left and right and you can also tilt it as in lower the left side and raise the right, or opposite. Grading with this machine is a game changer.

When I went to buy this machine I was looking for an open cab with a straight blade. I didn’t know anything about the angle blade or that sitting in a closed cab with ac would be like sitting in the cab of a NICE truck with perfect comfortable temps year round, quiet and a stereo. This is a beautiful machine. I do 90% of the operating if this machine personally, and when I saw the identical unit brand new ar the dealer I decided to buy a brand new one before they made any changes. Machine is shown with a 36” grading bucket in these photos but will come with an 18” or 24” digging bucket.

I just purchased a brand new 2022 identical machine which can be seen in the background of some of the photos. Machine has been greased and maintained meticulously and It’s always kept inside during winter. Heat and AC both work perfect, the closed cab is awesome. Front glass slides up and down effortlessly and the Bluetooth stereo works perfect also. Plumed for both a thumb and an aux circuit to end of the boom.

I have an auger that I use on the aux circuit and it’s nice not having to swap hydraulic lines for an attachment. New machine is here and this one is ready to go. Terms: payment by wire transfer or cash green money on pickup only. If you want to pay by certified check pickup must be after funds are fully verified, and check must be from Bank of America, Chase or Wells Fargo. Nothing against other banks but machine will not be released until funds can be verified and even with these huge national banks pickup of the machine may be delayed by 10 days or more until funds are absolutely verified.

Everything I list is listed honestly and anything I know about the machine is disclosed. Mechanically this machine is MINT, all cylinders are in perfect condition and there are absolutely zero leaks of any kind. Disclaimer: Left and right side of machine lower orange side panels have dents in them and scrapes in the paint. Paint around the door handle on back engine cover is chipping around the handle - close up photo of this is in the listing.
