We have for sale our Kubota KX71-3 2.8t mini excavator.The machine was purchased for our self build and is nothing short of excellent, it is a powerful, versatile and reliable machine.It comes with a 4ft grading bucket, a 2ft digging bucket and a 1ft digging bucket, pretty much all you would ordinarily need on a site.The machine has an electronic built in GPS tracker complete with support from a third party company, you can monitor on mobile app or pc, lock down usage times, set alerts for machine movements, ignition on and attempted starts.The tracks are in excellent condition, it has two speed tracking, grading blade, 3 work lights, 2 speed cab heater, lock open side sliding window, front fully opening window, lock open door, window wiper, low fuel warning and electronic Kubota multi-function control panel.It has a foot operated boom slew function and foot operated auxiliary, (piped for auxiliary).Slight squeaking from a couple of track rollers but does not affect operation, seat is not in perfect condition but again does not affect operation.We have owned the machine for just short of three years, it has never failed or let us down, always starts first time, really good on fuel and has been run on red diesel as it has not left our site since purchase.Purchaser would need to arrange collection as we do not have a trailer or transport.Can be seen working and encourage any potential purchaser to visit (by appointment only) and see the machine in person.Please direct all questions to 0phone by text or phone call, please be patient as I will be busy at work during the week, please text if I am unable to answer, I do not have time to listen to voicemail.Priced at £13,750 ono.Payment by bank transfer in person on day of collection.Please no time wasters or ridiculous offers.
