ASSET/EQUIPMENT: 2006 Komatsu PC270LC-7L Crawler Excavator S/N: A8637* DESCRIPTION: Available for sale is a 2006 Komatsu PC270LC-7L crawler excavator. This is a one owner, TX machine off the job from a local scrap processor doing routine fleet maintenance. It is powered by a Komatsu SAA6D102E-2 diesel engine making 179 flywheel HP. Service meter currently shows 10698 HRS on a working meter. Machine starts right up and cycles through all functions as it should.

Hydraulics work as they should. Machine travels and counter rotates as it should. It is a cabbed machine with working heat and A/C in good condition for hours/age of machine. U/C is in good condition for hours/age of machine. It is outfitted with a Stanley rotating shear in good operating condition.
