Komatsu PC228 Hydraulic Excavator W/jrb Hyd. Coupler & Aux. Plumbing

Hello and up for sale we have a Komatsu PC228 excavator up for sale. I am unsure of the exact year. The machine is powered by a 6-cylinder Komatsu turbo diesel engine. The engine starts easy and runs out strong. The hyd.

Functions seem to be very strong and work well. The undercarriage is in great shape. The chains are a little stiff as you can see in the video. Where I bought the machine the contractor had it as a backup machine so the majority of the time it was sitting. The chains seem to be loosening up and getting better as I drive it.

The machine has aux. Hydraulics with a control pedal on the floor. The machine has a JRB hydraulic quick coupler. The bucket pictured goes with the machine. I do not have any pins for the bucket.

The cab A/C blows cold air. The heat works great. Please view the youtube video below. Since all items I sell are used it is very hard to guarantee anything. So all sales are as-is, where-is.

I do my very best to fully describe all areas on the item including the good, the bad, and the ugly. I highly recommend everyone to come and inspect the item out before purchase. However if you buy the machine, come to my yard, operate the machine, and find out there are issues or problems with the item that was a false representation on my behalf you do not have to pay for the item. On the other hand, once we agree, you are happy with the purchase, provide me with full guaranteed payment, load the machine, and leave my yard with it, it is yours forever. I will make time to meet with whoever wants to come and view the equipment.

I have a local third party heavy equipment repair company that is not associated with Elk Forest Farms, Inc. That can be hired by you to come and give you their representation of the item if you are too far away to come and inspect. Please contact me for further details on that service. If you are sending a transportation service to my yard for pickup please be advised I will take full responsibility in loading the item for you. I have a 36" loading dock here for your convenience.
