​​​​​​​Buyer acknowledges that they are experienced with this type of equipment, and buyer is responsible to service, repair, and maintain all equipment purchased to a safe operating condition and obtain all permits and certifications required by federal, state, and local jurisdictions for use. Sales tax is added to sales invoice unless a valid California seller permit and resale certificate are provided to us. Current combined state, district, and local sales taxes is 10.25% for Long Beach, CA as of April 2020. We reserve the right to charge any and all applicable taxes as required by local jurisdictions. For out-of-state buyers who plans to pay for an independent third-party freight carrier or freight broker to ship the purchased equipment to your out-of-state address, California sales taxes are exempt as long as a proper bill of lading is provided from the buyer's freight carrier.

However, if out-of-state buyers decide not to use a third-party shipper, and wish to pick up the equipment in person at our yard, applicable California sales tax will be applied as described above without any exceptions. N/A
