Description: 

This excavator was sold through Bobcat as model 116 but Komatsu made it for them as Model PC40-5, so parts are purchased through Komatsu. 3 years ago the engine was refreshed by engine rebuild shop, track pins renewed at that time. Last year I put in new alternator and water pump, belts, fan, flushed radiator, new hydraulic supply and feed lines. Other than that normal maintenance. Comes with owners manual, parts manual and service manual.
