Specifications:    2006 Kobelco SK-250LC Dynamic Acera Crawler Excavator, Enclosed Cab w/Air Conditioning, Tinted Windows, Fleco 60” Wide Cleanout Bucket, Hydraulic Thumb, 25’ Digging Depth, Mitsubishi 6D34-TLG 6-Cylinder 176 Horsepower Turbo Diesel Engine, 90 Gallon Diesel Fuel Tank, Control Pattern & Mode Selector, Air Conditioning/Heat, Stereo, 55,000# Operating Weight Machine, SN: LL09-U1224, 8,549 Actual - Well Maintained Hours.    Located in Louisiana, this unit belonged to a government operated levee & drainage district in our neighboring State of LA since new, has been maintained by the book and is in very good condition for its age and hours, still has plenty of life left in it, simply replaced with a new one because of age not because of problems or issues.  The machine fires right up, runs great, engine has good oil pressure and does not run hot or anything like that, the hydraulics are strong, the turntable does not have slack and no slack in the boom arm, very little to minimal slack in the bucket, boom and swing are strong in all directions, undercarriage is in great condition and unit will turn in all directions with no problem, adjustable pattern and work mode all function properly, engine idles right up when called upon, engine rpm-all dash panel and gauges work properly, air conditioning is cold, heat is hot, we did not check the stereo, the seat is torn and needs recovering – padding/foam is still good just cover torn, the windows are tinted and all glass in the cab is good, paint of machine does have some stained spots and has a little fade to it, a few scratches, paints, scrapes, dents/dings, etc. But nothing more than average to normal wear, unit could be cleaned some more and a little polish/wax/buff, parts of it will shine up closer to new, the rust you see is minimal and nothing more than normal for a machine of this age working in some water/mud, the area where it has been working does have water/mud but it’s fresh water not salt water, the unit was sprayed off/pressure washed just before photos and videos were taken – not degreased not cleaned with hot water just a simply pressure washing mainly to clean undercarriage where it could be seen, any and all wet spots you may see in the photos and videos are from it being washed and/or rain, the cleanout bucket has a large tear/rip in it and can easily be seen in the photos/videos, unit does not have any leaks, drips or pours, we did a quick wash but have not done a complete serious cleaning, the interior and cab could be cleaned much more, we did not clean the inside of any of the door compartments, battery box, etc., all functions of the machine do work properly, we would suggest a good lubing/servicing before it is sent to a job because it has sat about 3-4 months not being used, although the unit could go straight to a job right now without doing anything to it!     The photos and video were taken just a few days before the listing on November 7, 2018 and show the excavator in its current condition, please take the time to look at complete description, view all the photos and the videos of the excavator so you will know what you are getting.    Location of unit: Abbeville LA  70510
