The buyer is responsible for any additional charges asses by the freight forwarder, regardless of when they are assessed. This means if you tell us you are a business and you are deemed to be residential delivery, you will receive and invoice from us for those charges as well as a 15% service charge, so please be accurate in the description of the delivery address. There may be other options available to keep costs down but we can't help buyers with that after charges have been assessed by the Freight Forwarder.
