This well-maintained 2012 John Deere 27D mini-excavator is fully operational and work ready, and is currently in our rental program. The only issue is there is some extra "play" in the bucket, due to a looser than normal bucket/arm pin fit. The pin has been replaced, however the arm bore is wallowed out some, not allowing for a tight fit. To completely fix would require machining or replacement of the lower arm, although is still functional as is. There are no leaks or other issues. There are normal and expected signs of wear, none of which affects it's operational ability, including some panel dents, seat splits, rusted areas and scraped, scratched and faded paint. Please see additional pictures below, in the Item Description section, for a better idea of its cosmetic condition, as well as the notch in the bucket.

Sales Tax:We are required to add 6% FL Sales Tax and 1% (max. $50) Walton County Surtax to the wining bid amount, so please keep this in mind. Exceptions: If the mini-excavator is picked up by a 3rd party shipper for out of state delivery, then tax will not be collected.

Payments:We require full payment, including applicable sales tax, via certified bank check within 7 days of auction end date. Equipment cannot be picked up until cleared payment is received. Refunds:We offer a 14 day refund policy. For full refund, the equipment must be returned in the same condition it was when picked up. The hour meter should reflect only enough usage to have a reasonable and fair amount of time to evaluate its operations and condition.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Inspections:We encourage pre-bidding inspections by local bidders. Equipment will be available for inspection from 7-5, M-F, at our store, located at 605 N. County Hwy. 393, #8, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459.
