If you are tax exempt, please provide us the proper forms as needed to prove your exemption and for our records.   If you are outside of Virginia and send payment directly to us from outside of Virginia, and if we ship the item(s) to you or you use a common carrier, we will not charge sales tax. If you arrange your shipping, we will require a bill of lading. If you pick up your item in person, you will be required to pay the 5.3% Virginia sales tax as required by law unless you are a tax-exempt entity.     Warranty: All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is", with no warranty, expressed, written or implied.

All sales are final and we do not offer returns of any kind.
