Hitachi ZX27-3

Hitachi ZX27-3. Condition is "Used". I have for sale my 2013 Hitachi ZX27-3 2.7 ton digger with 3050hrs. I carried out a full service when I purchased it as to hold a true reference for future maintenance. During this service all filters and fluids, including track motor hubs were changed, using genuine Hitachi filters & engine oil, Premium ISO46 hydraulic oil & EP 90 gear oil for motor hubs.

I have re bushed and pinned the quick hitch-dipper connection and this machine has been maintained fastidiously during my ownership with regular greasing not to mention always kept clean and tidy - non smoker owner operator. I have fitted a new genuine Hitachi door “pin back latch” as the old one had a bit of wear. The excavator has performed faultlessly with plenty of power and response, its still on the original tracks with 75% wear, sprocket wear comparable. It tracks straight and true. There is some play on the pin connecting the slew ram to the kind-post, unfortunately most suffer from this as it wears on the casting and not so much the pin.

The connection from the King post to main chassis has minimal movement. Recently had its 2nd (250hr) engine oil/filter service during my ownership using genuine parts and lubricants. Specification: Kubota engine Cab Heater (very good) 2 speed tracking Hartford “wedge-lock” manual quick hitch. 3 buckets consisting of Digbits ditcher, Rhinox 24” Digging bucket and Rhinox 9” trenching bucket. Good honest example, few age related marks after all it is a digger but overall very tidy.
