Hitachi excavator digger 4-5 Ton Spaires Or Repair. Came in from a site clearance. It does start and run, managed to track on and off low loader but was hard work. Don’t think there’s any problems with track moters and seems more like the track controls are stiff and only work when you force them and bend at an angle as your pushing back and forth. Looks although it may over heat due to rust coming from rad and tank like it’s over heated before but we haven’t run it long enough to see.

Bad hydraulic oil leak from top of dipper ram that will definitely need doing as it would probably drain the oil in an hour or two. One of the pins on dipper ram seems very worn and will probably need new pin and bushes. One of top rollers on tracks has snapped which is a easy fix at cost of around £100. Izuzu engine which runs well and sounds well. Rear bonnet bent but wouldn’t take much to bend back and get it opening and closing properly.

Don’t know how old it is but guessing around 2000-2003. Comes with 3 buckets as seen in pics. 5600 hours. Would make a nice Xmas project for someone. It’s not too far gone and would only need a few days around her if someone knew what they was doing.
