Gradall xl 3300 wheeled excavator. Parts machine with various hydraulic leaks, heavy corrosion, and missing parts. Engine and hydraulic pump ran strong when parked but it will not move under its own power, problem with final drive or center rotary union. Needs hydraulic fluid to run to avoid damaging the pump. Tires are very rough and will not hold air.
