Caterpillar 311 Hydraulic Excavator

Elk Forest Farms, Inc. Is pleased to offer a used 1995 Caterpillar 311 Excavator. The engine starts very easy and runs out strong. All hyd functions work as they should. The cab is missing the lower front glass and the front upper glass is cracked .

The undercarriage on the machine is in good shape. The pins and bushings in the boom, stick, and bucket seem to be pretty tight for a machine of this age. The machine has auxiliary hydraulics for a thumb or hammer. The machine also has Air Conditioning as well as heat. It is 8'4'' wide.

All PA buyers are subject to 6% sales tax unless proof of tax exemption is exhibited. Since all items I sell are used, it is very hard to guarantee anything. So all sales are as-is, where-is.

I do my very best to fully describe all areas on the item including the good, the bad, and the ugly. I highly recommend everyone to come and inspect the item out before purchase. However, if you buy the machine, come to my yard, operate the machine, and find out there are issues or problems with the item and that it was a false representation on my behalf you do not have to pay for the item. On the other hand, once we agree, you are happy with the purchase, provide me with full guaranteed payment, load the machine, and leave my yard with it, it is yours forever. I will make time to meet with whoever wants to come and view the equipment.

I have a local third party heavy equipment repair company that is not associated with Elk Forest Farms, Inc. That can be hired by you to come and give you their representation of the item if you are too far away to come and inspect. Please contact me for further details on that service. If you are sending a transportation service to my yard for pick-up, please be advised I will take full responsibility in loading the item for you. I have 36" and 48" loading docks here for your convenience.
