THERE IS FORKLIFT TO ASSIST. UNIT CAME IN 8 MONTHS AGO RUNNING WITH A KNOCK AND SMOKING. THEY STARTED TEARING DOWN ENGINE AND NEVER COMPLETED THE JOB. UNIT WILL NEED MOTOR REBUILT SELLING AS IS IN NON RUNNING CONDITION. THIS UNIT DOES COME WITH A BUCKET AND ALL PARTS TO MAKE ENGINE COMPLETE.

We are required by law to collect this in both states because we carry a resale certificate in both PA and MD. Other 48 States we charge PA sales tax only if item is picked up at our location personally. If any outside trucking company or one of our Kurtz Trading trucks hauls the machine to your out of state location this makes item exempt for us to charge you out of state sales tax.
